Our Mission
Jeannette Valenzuela and her son Gil are on a mission to bring meaningful employment to disabled adults in the South Bay and beyond. She noticed that many organizations claim to offer opportunities for disabled adults, but in fact, they do not offer anything reliable or meaningful. So she set out to change that!
Gil's Sweet Abilities and Inclusion, INC is on a mission to teach real life skills, offer genuine employment, and yes, real paychecks to adults with various abilities. While GSA is a home-based business at this time, their goal is to one day have a brick-and-mortar location that can reach even more people.
They are truly a home-grown small business with a mission for change.
